On Friday afternoon we saw 5 teams take part in the City Yr. 5/6 Tag Rugby Tournament at Moderns Rugby Club. The 5 teams all took part in the City Heats to qualify through to this final event.
The schools taking part were:

Milford A
Milford B
Ambleside
South Wilford
Dunkirk

A round robin format was played to decide which teams would take part in the Final and the 3rd/ 4th place matches.

The games looked like this:
Bronze Play Off - Dunkirk 5- South Wilford 1
Final - Ambleside 7- Milford 6

1st Ambleside
2nd Milford A
3rd Dunkirk
4th South Wilford
5th Milford B

Congratulations to Ambleside who fought hard to win the title for the first time!

Ambleside and Milford A team will take part in the Tag Rugby County Finals on 21st May 2014.
