College Street & the Adventure Team are teaming up to offer an accredited course in Emergency First Aid.

This course is suitable for all, whether teacher, coach, young leader or student.

Over a full day, you will be taught basic lifesaving & first aid skills including:
* Health and safety (first aid) regulations
* Managing an incident
* The priorities of first aid
* Treatment of an unconscious casualty
* Resuscitation
* Shock
* Choking
* Seizures
* Bleeding
* Common workplace injuries.

The course has a hands on approach so all completing the training will leave with practical experience.

All courses will take place at The Arches Adventure Base from 9am-4pm. The address is The Arches Adventure Base, Meadow Grove, Meadow Lane, Nottingham NG2 3HF.
