School Sport Nottingham | Girls High & Trinity Dominate Tennis Finals

GIRLS HIGH & TRINITY DOMINATE TENNIS FINALS

Nottingham Girls High School and Trinity School were in outstanding form at the Year 7/8 Tennis Finals on 20th May to take the City titles.

The boys finals were dominated by Emmanuel and Trinity who both had 2 teams in the finals, with Trinity showing their tennis prowess eventually taking the gold and silver medals.

The girls final produced the tightest of finishes. With the match between Girls High and Nottingham Academy locked at one rubber each the tie came down to the finals singles match, and with the scores locked at 3 - 3 the final game then went to deuce with the Girls High School winning a final epic rally to take the title.
