EMMANUEL WIN ROUNDERS THRILLER

Emmanuel booked their place in the County Year 8/9 Rounders Championships after one of the most thrilling finals this year.
4 teams qualified for the finals play offs on 22nd June held at Emmanuel School. In tight semi finals Emmanuel overcame an energetic Bulwell team 9 � 3.5 with Nottingham Girls High School beating Nottingham Academy in the second semi.
The final between produced the tightest of finishes with the host school Emmanuel finally taking the golds with a 7 � 6.5 victory with Bulwell taking the bronze in their play off against Nottingham Academy
