Emmanuel Year 7 Rounders team continued their impressive league form to take the City title at the finals night held at Trinity school on 27th June.

Trinity, Emmanuel, NUSA and Bluecoat qualified for the final night after impressive performances in the group stages, and after close fought semi finals Emmanuel and Trinity won through to the final.

Emmanuel batted first and scored an impressive 7.5 rounders against a string fielding display from Trinity. With Trinity batting second Emmanuel produced their most impressive fielding performance of the season to restrict Trinity to just 1 rounder and taking the gold medals.

In the bronze medal play off, in a close game Bluecoat just squeezed past NUSA 8 - 5.
