FERNWOOD BAT TO CRICKET TRIUMPH

Fernwood School continued their dominance of the Indoor Cricket programme with a convincing victory in the Year 7 Elite League Finals on 30th November.

Playing Bluecoat in the final, the team from Wollaton showed a tight bowling display to restrict their opponents to 38 runs, then in their batting put on a strong show to record 60 runs to secure the title to add to the year 11 title they won earlier this term.
