With a powerful display in the final game Djanogly Year 9 Girls took the basketball gold medals at the finals night on 28th November at the Wildcats Arena.

The semi finals proved to be very tight affairs with Djanogly pipping Farborough by 1 pint with a 7 - 6 victory and Big Wood overcoming Emmanuel 9 - 7.

In the final, dominating play from Rochelle Welch, Anmal Landa, Carolina Paxio and Chole Haywood proved too much for the willing team with Djanogly taking the City title with a 11 - 4 victory. Emmnauel picked up the bronze medals with a 13 - 4 victory over Farnborough.
