The finals of the Year 8 Boys Football Central Venue League were held at Southglade Leisure Centre on 15th November and saw Trinity School take the title with some skillful and powerful football.

The semi finals saw Trinity and Emmanuel dominate their games beating Bulwell and Ellis Guilford respectively.

The final proved to be a very tight affair, with Emmanuel dominating for large periods of the game and creating a number of chances that they just couldn't convert into goals. Trinity showed some clinical finishing, taking the lead through a Lethan Mansbridge effort before John Kibreab scored the decisive goal in the closing minutes of the game to take the title with a 2 - 0 victory.
